About: Neringa is known for its close relation between human and nature. The site in the plan of Nida marks the line where the urbanized territory meets the nature. Also, the site is bounded by two major building morphotypes: small scale historic-linear type and higher scale free-planning type. Thus, we propose to divide “Agila“ by pedestrian path into two volumes: the small one that is located close to historic buildings, and bigger that is close to free-planning morphotype at the side of Urbas hill.
