Overall composition of the plot is formed in the one complex structure. Apartment corps ‘‘Mi‘‘ is located in the southwestern corner of the site. The building is oriented in an alley of Vilnius and with the standing alongside similar structures buildings is forming free planning area in the park. Buildings in this plot are not bond to each other.
Projected residential apartment building has 5 floors with an attic superstructure on the roof (6 th floor). It is equipped with 2-apartment flats.
