This residential house is based on an exceptional individual plot situated on a slope
of Upper Panemune. The boomerang structure of the building echoes the structure
of the crossroad nearby. The house is built into the slope and its structure creates
a private inner garden. All residential areas are located on one floor and are
connected by a terrace , which hangs over the slope. The garage and the utility
area are located on the basement
