The 9-storey apartment building with underground parking was built on the site of the former bread bakery. The design began in 2010.
The architectural, aesthetic, and visual idea of the building is dictated by the urban environment. Laconic architectural expression is aesthetically and compositionally linked with the surroundings. The volume of the building consists of three related but different sections. One of these is shifted in respect of S. Konarskio Street, reiterating its curved line.
