At all times one of the most unique features of the Curonian Spit has been a
constant evolution of the landscape. For this reason, the relation between human
and nature have always been exceptional. The man was forced constantly to
move, rebuilding villages; old buildings remained covered by sand, along with their
historical and cultural characters. The project is a unique interpretation of these
processes, and returns back a part of the culture - snowbound village.
