"Antakalnio terasos" - appartment block of 8 blocked apartment houses with
different identities. Two rows of houses stepped down in response to existing
terrain, and space in between creates a cozy courtyard. "Stepped" courtyard
spatially and functionally is divided into four differnt zones: community square,
english and japan style gardens and playground for children. One of the focuses
of the project is sustainable landscape, which promotes harmonious and
responsible community.
