Ideas of the quarter were inspired by existing context - Užupis, Vilnius old town. Expression of the volumes peculiary were grown from the environment, to become a recognizable part of city, clearly declaring the present day values. "River House" moderate, 2-3 high. Tougher-style town house near the new square has more common city style, perimetrical property development. The transition character of the "garden" house will create a connection between the two those groups of buildings.
