Architectural-plastic idea – the composition of vertical volumes – "forest" and basic
volume "mountain"."Dark Forest" - fundamental formant of the building's image -
landmark. Those are abstracted fragments of broken swastikas, symbolizing the
main aggressor of World War II - fascism and its collapse. Black color – a color of
war.
