The guest house is located in the pine forest in Nėris river valley.
The two volumes of rectangular minimalist forms are arranged
perpendicularly to each other. The first floor volumes seem to be
floating due to the glazed planes of the ground floor facade. The
two buildings are connected through the underground parking.
Light, decorative stone is used for the facade finish.
