About:
A new life is given to an old factory which is situated in an urbanised part of Vilnius. The building is converted into a small business, creative workshops and residential apartments complex.
Architects retained the existing building size, most parts of exterior elements and constructions. Reconstruction is done in inner part of the factory by adjusting plan to a new function, creating green areas for the residents using closed courtyards.
