Reconstruction of the historical building. Antique brewery is
converted into a modern cafe, while the stables are converted into
offices with open space for educational purposes, workshops,
seminars. According to the existing fragments, doors and windows
openings where recreated. A modern interior design accompanies
the project (interior designer D.Naginevičius)
