About: Residents of Vilnius living in the central part of the
capital distance to the Cathedral Square, Gediminas
Tower or ilies street emphasize as one of the most
important features discribing their home. In the process
of designing of the new housing in the surrounding of
other dwelling houses the main target was to create a
building of an interesting architecture by stressing that
close neighbourhood so important for a Vilnius citizen.
That is how the Periscope glancing at the Gediminas
Tower emerged above the sea of grey soviet blocks of
flats.
