About: Historical living function is rebuilt on the site. The aims
were to create a rational structure, to find a suitable
relation with nearby oldtown and park.
Apartments are composed of three volumes of a similar
profile. One of them extends the perimeter of
Basanavičius street, others – scattered into the park as
an urban villas. All volumes are composed on different
altitudes of the slope.
The whole project site is planted with green lawn – aim
is to create the "houses in the park" feeling. Solid paving
is designed only where it is necessary.
