About: The complex is designed in the newly formed Astana city
center high-rise building area at the crossroad of main
streets. Composition of high-rise buildings was dictated
by directions of intersecting streets. The complex
consists of office, hotel and residential multi-storey
buildings, combined via commercial single-storey base.
It makes connection between different building premises
and creates friendly green area on the roof for visitors
and residents.
