About: “Avenue” shopping center and "Green Garden"
apartments project is a part of new Astana district
"Astana Botanic Garden", which will be located in the
south of city, near President N. Nazarbayev park and the
river Esil. The project area is about 8,45 ha.
Shopping center "Avenue" will form a retail and meeting
hub in the new "Astana Botanic Garden" district. Due to
this reason architects payed a lot attention for public
areas and recreation. The facades solution is rarely used
for this building typology.
