About: Multifunctional complex is located in Vilnius, at the newly formed city center on the right coast of Neris river, in the historical suburban area which is integrated into the urban structure of the city and has a clear boundary by which is devided - the furrow of the river and the valley aside. This territory needs to have a clear access and boundary from which the new city center will begin. Approach itself has a symbolic meaning, it marks the begining and the end. In this project the building becomes a symbolic gate which connects historical and newly formed parts of Vilnius city center.
