About: 3-storey house arranged on a cramped site of garden community with surface height difference of 10 m. The volume of building consists of 3
connected cuboids with northern one turned at 35 deg angle. The main Client’s requirement is division of the building into three main areas:
for parents, children, grandparents and household. The representative and austere main facade (northern) next to access road creates
impression of privacy, while the southern facade looks into the cosy closed yard. The aim was to show that the density of individual housing in
the city can be harmonious and functional.
