About: Five star hotel, housing and mixed use buildings
including restoration and reconstruction of existing
buildings as well as new buildings were designed in
Vilnius Old town territory between Radvilų, Žygimantų
and Tilto streets.
The hotel was designed in the part of territory adjacent
to the banks of river Neris. The hotel complex includes
restored J. Tiškevičiaus Winter Palace, the two new
volumes and SPA under the square, located on the site.
Expression of newly designed hotel part - composition
of urban architectural proportions, based on
contemporary construction technologies.
