About: A new residential quarter with small neighbouring
community islands is located in the wavy landscape of
Bajorai village. The groups of 2-3-storey terraced
houses and 4-storey apartment cubes form two
different kinds of islands. Several apartments have its
own outdoor staircase; each flat has a patio or big
terrace on the roof in the terraced houses, while each
apartment cube has its own terrace with children’s
playground. Linden and cherry trees alleys emphasize
different housing types, while green zone with a stream,
picnic areas and flowering plants is created in the middle
of the quarter.
