About: The new object is located in central part of Utena, on the crossing of J. Basanavičiaus and Kauno streets. The architectural idea is based on a desire to give a look of a modern administration building. The facades aesthetics was made from combination of glass, stone and metal blinds. The business center is a new dominant in Utena - transparent and open to the society.
