About: This project is special for the way how high density was
achieved while maintaining significant amounts of
highest quality communal space and individuality for
each building. Development site is surrounded by road
with heavy traffic from east side and pine forest from
the west. Whole site has gradient tilt of 8m. On the
northern part site is bounded by residential buildings
that new development had to integrate with. All these
factors made design task a significant challenge.
Solution was ingenious layout plan of 3 different types
of building blocks.
