About: “Jonava 30” is a modern office building, located in the central part of the city of Kaunas, near the intersection of three main streets - Šaukliai, Jonava and Jurbarkas. The idea of the building is that the business center is formed by two volumes - a three-story triangular floor volume and a 5-storey quadrangular volume, with terraces rising towards the high Oak Hill slope in Žaliakalnis. The design of the building succeeded in finding the local spirit, which, despite the expression of modern architecture, here appears in scale, finishing materials and volume composition.
