About: The architectural vision of our proposal is to combine
openness and privacy. Transparency of the architecture
ensures direct contact with visual panoramas of the
landscape, while privacy is the main condition of the
quality everyday life. For this purpose, each residential
house is designed of two volumes: transparent
residential one and private one for family rest.
Insulation of the premises is ensured by “light
umbrellas” – volume skylights, designed above the main
entrance to the building and staircase, which guarantee
the entrance of natural light to both floors of the
building at daytime.
