About: The building is planned next to the busy road. The
biggest challenge was to create an object that would
become exciting when looking through the moving car
window. A stationary, one-on-one sliding shutter
system reveals all its best features precisely when
moving in parallel to the building.
Shutters also help to ensure a high energy efficiency.
Business center 234 is a new kind of office building, in
which we have created alternative spaces. They also
enable different businesses to adapt them to their needs
and company size.
