About: Former Kimmel brewery transformation into an open
mixed use city quarter, with A class offices and spaces
for leisure. The site itself is divided into two yards:
Kimmel yard, where the transformed brewery buildings
surrounds an open plaza with a hotel and restaurants; a
covered Foodcourt yard which is bounded by the office
buildings. Both yards are connected with and a
conference center, that adapts the level difference. The
site is integrated and open for cyclists and pedestrian.
