About: Located in Pavilnys Regional Park, a distinct location,
next to the rail track, in front of old apple trees, this
humble and practical house offers a family balanced
architecture. The habits of the family have influenced
basics for the design: wide openings towards the garden,
a terrace along the façade, a linear open space which
fills half of the space and skylights for better daylight.
The building shows that good architecture need not be
excessive. The house does not offer richness through
expensive materials or things, rather through an open
space and inside out connection.
