About: “NERIES ARDAI” is an exclusive project joining the
advantages of life in a city as well as in a forest. The
apartment blocks are situated next to the landscape
reserve, Plikakalnis outcrop, and surrounded by wildlife.
Neris River runs close to it and Vingis Park is situated at
the other side. A new pedestrian, bicycle and public
transport bridge through Neris, which will conveniently
join this region with a park, is being planned in the
municipality of Vilnius city. With regards to buildings
there are three three-floor houses, 65 apartments.
