About: The priority objective of the vision is to integrate
adjacent territories, the river and pedestrian accesses
into the existing urban structure, emphasizing the
importance of public spaces. It is proposed to form both
visual and functional connection with Gostauto Street
and the Neris River, while the new volume of design is
naturally integrated into the overall composition and
gives a new character to the complex of reconstructed
buildings, emphasizing its importance.
