About: The location of the site is influenced by both the good
visibility from distant panoramas and the proximity
of the old boat factory and its architectural forms and
materials. Taking into account these circumstances
buildings of the complex holds architectural dividing
principles.
There are formed stylobate parts where the roofs parts
serve as inner yards, small squares. The higher
parts of the buildings form apartment towers of differed
heights. That principle allows forming an adapted
architectural composition for this plot, where panoramic
views matter.
