About: Several companies will be located in the administrative
building and the aim is to create a social office:
recreation rooms and meeting rooms are accessible to
everyone, creating conditions for communication and
sharing.
The facade of a solitary and memorable administrative
building consists of a regular window grid, which defines
the cubes of different sizes in a floor perimeter.
Common areas, recreation areas, ancillary facilities are
located in the floor centre. The plan is versatile, easily
changed when needed.
