About: Using architectural language we tried to harmonize this
chaotic context and restore the original urban structure.
The southern wing of the building extends the existing
house and attaches itself to the street perimeter, thus
creating an interior space which is in the exact same
place as the historic courtyard. The second courtyard, in
the southern part of the plot, accommodates
recreational facilities and children playground. The
facade proportions, balcony, opening details and fine
stucco coating refer to the historical context.
