About: A residential building is designed considering the principles of Gediminas ave. architecture:
- First-floors’ differentiation and adaptation for commerce
- the movement of facade planes in relation to the red line
- the composition of balconies in groups
- expressed cornice line
- balance between vertical and horizontal elements
- structural ornaments
- roof architecture
- simple yard facades
A semi-enclosed courtyard was designed in the inside of the site. Plaster, combined with granite stone on Gediminas ave. layout were used as finish materials.
