About: The building volume is divided in two and split apart to
improve both physical and visual permeability. The two
volumes of the concert halls are covered with a single
continuous surface, which serves as a public square. The
tall space between the volumes of the concert halls and
the outer shell creates the feeling of openness and
spaciousness. The openings in the roof allow indirect
light in which softly falls through the curved walls of
foyer. The building invites for interaction. The inclined
public square on top of the building offers a seamless
access to the rooftop and waterfront.
