About: Two hills with designed hiking trails and observation
decks surround the projected area. Common spaces are
composed in the cosy valley: an orchard, hillside,
recreation areas and small houses, with terraces and
courtyards oriented so that they get as much sunlight as
possible. The scale of projected buildings is very close to
the surrounding, the urban fabric is respected and
maintained.
