About: Brick buildings of the surroundings are 19-20th century
threshold legacy which, together with abundant
vegetation, are creating a specific energy of the area
block. The apartment building is reconstructed from a
single-story brick boiler-room building which provided
heating for neighbouring houses. Boundary of building’s
construction on site remained the same. Some specific
composition principles of the historic facades reflect in
the new volume, as well as the choice of colour and
material is the reflection of the mood that is specific for
the territory.
