About: Reviving Station neighborhood in Vilnius, Raugykla
street, a former deprived warehouse have currently been
transformed into apartment buildings with a lively green
courtyard. The project became an instance of how the
low value architecture may be transformed and inspire
the process of revitalizing the street. The building itself
was adapted for contemporary needs inside:ground floor
is perfect for working spaces, higher floors are designed
as studios and flats with balconies and terraces, whereas
the upper floor residents enjoy the apartments with high
ceilings, small patios and roof terraces.
