About: The main purpose of the project is to open up the closed
space of the Sparta factory to the community, to create
a contemporary, multifunctional office complex whose
urbanistic and architectural solutions would be equally
attractivr to business sturctures, their employees, and
local city dwellers. The location is easily accessible from
all the arterial roads in the city, which is why the project
is designed to serve the locals - with multiple
courtyards, promenades, and a square connecting the
entire complex in the centre of the block.
