About: The complex is formed of five volumes, which are
visually and functionally connected by the first floor - a
covered gallery. The existing building is integrated into a
new urban structure.
Proposed architecture is characteristic and typical of
Klaipėda Old Town in terms of layout, scale and height
of the buildings. Structures are composed of gabled
roofs, wood and brick facades with stylized bay windows.
Several shades of bricks are used for main volumes of
the buildings; and thermal wood is used for side facades‘
decoration. The wooden structure interprets the
fachwerk construction.
