About: Architectural decision of this administrative –
commercial centre with the dominant vertical volume
was dictated by the unconventional space it is to be
situated: low-rise buildings from one side and the city
stadium from the other. There will be administrative
spaces based in the upper storeys of the building and a
shopping area on the ground floor. A new public space is
formed inside the business centre.
