About: Central Headquarters of the Bank of Lithuania idea was
to create light cube volume floating in the air above the
green hill. Ground floor area is covered with green roof
with access created with sharping cuts into the hill.
Main volume has a unique atrium space – corner
terraced cut into the volume – opening commanding
views into the river valley. The warm wood materials
used in terraced atrium creates gold bulion pile
impression.
