About: In a special place, near the bend of river Nemunas in
Kaunas, using the latest technologies and engineering
solution, we reconstruct new modern business center
ALIA.
The name of the center ALIA (abbreviated from French
„Alliance” ) emphasizes the basic values of business
center:
HARMONY between nature and our modern building.
INTERCONECTION between the major locations of
the city – the old town which can be reached by walking
– and the business center of Kaunas.
INTERCOMMUNICATION – between the companies
working at the business center.
