About: We took advantage of the height deviations proposed in
the detailed plan and further increased them by
designing terraces in the corners of the building.
Thus the shape of the building crumbled to a scale close
to man and after this simple step the height in different
parts has already become variable from 3 to 9 floors.
The building took on an iconic and memorable shape
without requiring much investment, and the terraces
reinforced the ideas of living in nature and community.
This is the main message of this object designed by us.
