About: Industrial site is located in regional park of Pavilniai.
Aim is to convert the territory to residential-
multifuncional applied to public use, also expanding
park’s recreational infrastructure. Heritage buildings are
integrated in new urban structure of the territory. Two
crossed compositional axes in the center of the site
divide territory into four blocks of minor scale. Each
block quarter has its own character of architecture
which is determinate by particular historical building as
it is a focus.
