To analyze Šnipiškės, we developed a methodology
thanks to which we assessed the quality of the
environment in all Šnipiškės quarters. We also compared
each point of the district and its 500-meter
surroundings based on observations, calculations and
open data. We analyzed ten themes, among them -
movement, accessibility, vitality, identity. According to
the conclusions of the analysis, we identified the
weakest areas of Šnipiškės and prepared an urban
strategy and an action plan, what to strengthen, change
and improve in Šnipiškės until 2035.
