About:
Historical living function is rebuilt on the site. The aim was to
create a rational structure, to find a relation with nearby oldtown
and park.
Apartments are composed of three similar profile volumes. One
of them extends the perimeter of street, others–scattered into
the park as an urban villas. All volumes are on different altitudes
of the slope.
The whole site is planted with green lawn–aim is to create the
"houses in the park" feeling. Solid paving is made only where it is
necessary.
