About: The architectural concept of the building consists of
several interrelated layers: irregularly arranged windows
and balconies on the facades remind of a diverse and
multi-colored environment; curved, plastic and smooth
lines interpret the character of the best historical
interwar architecture of Kaunas, the clarity and purity of
the building’s volume is a sign of the architecture of this
era. The green roof installed above the third floor
expands the courtyard and interprets the green cozy
courtyards characteristic of the surrounding plots.
