About: The industrial area in Aleksotas Kaunas will be
transformed into a lively urban residential district.
Together with three teams of architects, we prepared an
urban plan for an area of 10 hectares. It is planned to
build 1.6 thousand of housing units. They would be
divided into cozy urban blocks, which will be connected
by public spaces - the square, streets, squares and the
surrounding forests of the slopes of Aleksotas. There
will also be a kindergarten, commercial services, cafes.
