About: The former Vilnius Central Post Office is an outstanding
example of Lithuanian modernist architecture from the
1960s, designed by the architects A. and V. Nasvytis. In
adapting the building for ISM University, efforts were
made to highlight the building´s valuable features while
reconfiguring its function to make it suitable and
convenient for the university. With the introduction of
new connections, the former technical basement level
was integrated into the building, and the main hall and
primary spaces on the ground floor were preserved.
